Galveston Trip

We had a fun time this past weekend in Galveston visiting Kyla and Alan and celebrating Micah's first birthday with family. We took some time on Friday to hit the beach with the kids, and Addalie loved it! I feel like my child is really deprived of outdoor time. We go for walks all the time, but she has no place to just play in the dirt and the grass on a regular basis. Well, she got plenty of time in the dirt this past weekend! Emry loved looking for shells on the beach. Apparently, looking for shells requires one to be covered from head to toe in mud!

Addalie was having way too much fun to look at the camera. She would play in the dirt for a while then run to the water shouting "wawer!" Then she would yell "dirt!" and run back to play in the mud. She was too cute!

Here are a few of the super-cute pics of the party. Kyla is so talented when it comes to decorating cakes! She made this onesie for Micah to match the party stuff. She was too adorable for words! She even had little wings on her back!
